Bills that were vetoed or died — then came back under a new number. Each pair shows the prior version, the current version, what changed between them, and where each one landed. A dead bill is never really dead.

How pairs get detected

Matches come from a combination of same-author reintroductions, committee "prior legislation" citations, and press coverage describing a bill as a revival — full method in kb/recycled-methodology.md. It skews toward vetoed bills with publicly documented lineage; gut-and-amend vehicles and quiet reintroductions can slip through. Statuses as of 2026-10-01. Not legal advice.
