Real-time-style pings when significant outside money moves on your bills and issues — opposition IE spending, new committees, major donors entering, behested-payment spikes. The money map, live.
This page runs a monitor simulator: the feed below replays seeded scenarios so you can set rules and test the workflow. Nothing here is a real filing. True real-time push needs the money-data pipeline (Cal-Access/FPPC filings → data/money/money-index.json → change detection) plus a server-side poller — see DEPLOY.md ("Real-time money alerts"). Every alert is labeled demo or live so you can always tell.
Rule builder
You pick the triggers and the thresholds. Rules evaluate against every new money event — only the ones that match fire.
Not used by "new committee formed."

Bills come from your bill tracker; add issue areas below. Money monitoring is per-item — turn it off for anything you're not watching financially.
Alert feed
In demo mode, Run monitor check plays the next seeded scenario. Real filings will stream here once the pipeline is live.
Delivery
Email delivery is pending — it needs Johnny's Resend setup (see DEPLOY.md). You'll see a notice here once it's wired up. Standing rule: alerts never go to a client — this page and its digest are for you only.

Rules, watchlist toggles, delivery prefs, and the alert feed live in your browser (localStorage silobbyist_alerts_v1) — never sent anywhere. Excluded from the learning loop.
